Your deposit refund will be mailed to you. You will need to provide us with a forwarding address for your deposit refund. You will place the address on your Cleaning check out form.  Note: Riviera is not responsible to send deposit checks via airmail or internationally.

If no address is provided then it will be held here at the office, where you can pick it up or notify us where to mail it.

Riviera Apts has 30 days from the last day of the contract to process the deposit refund.  If you have not received it after this time, please contact the leasing office so that we may determine why or re-issue your check.
